Recruitment of a Foreign Pastor at Namsan Church in Changwon

Namsan Church of Jesus Korea Sungkyul Church, located at 245, Oedongballim-ro, Seongsan-gu, Changwon, Republic of Korea, is accepting applications for the position of full-time Pastor who will lead the foreign worship services to be consistent with Namsan Church's overall ministry direction and take responsibility for the spiritual growth of foreign members.

1. Eligibility to apply

- Pastor who graduated from the School of Theology (M.Div.)

- Leadership Qualifications:

An intimate, growing, personal relationship with God

Ability to communicate, motivate, and inspire groups of foreign members

Ability to frequently communicate with supervisor, staff, and team

Loyal and committed to the vision of the Namsan Church

Low ego, teachable, adaptable, and flexible

2. Total compensation

- The bylaws of the Church will provide honorarium and severance pay and will be presented at the time of the interview

- Offer company housing

- Time Commitment: This full-time ministerial exempt position will include working on nights, weekends, and holidays.

3. Review process

(1) 1st round: document screening

- Resume and personal statement

- Graduate school certificate and transcript

- Letter of recommendation

(2) 2nd round: on-line interview

- Preach video (in English, free topic no more than 30 min)

- 1 copy of the family relation certificate

- 1 copy of the family photo

예수교 대한성결교회 창원남산교회(대한민국 창원시 성산구 외동반림로 245)에서는 남산교회 목회 방침에 맞춰 외국인 예배를 인도하며, 외국인 성도들의 영적 성장을 책임질 전임 목사를 모집합니다.

1. 신청자격

- 신학대학원(M.Div.)을 졸업한 목회자

- 아래의 리더십을 가진 자

하나님과 친밀하고 성장하는 관계

외국인 성도들과 소통하고 동기를 부여하고 영감을 주는 능력

교회 목회자, 직원, 사역팀과 자주 소통할 수 있는 자

남산교회의 비전에 충실하고 헌신하는 사람

자아가 낮고 적응력 있고 유연한 사람

2. 보수 총액

- 교회의 내규에 따라 사례금과 퇴직금을 지급하며, 면접 시 제시함

- 사택 제공

- 근무 여건: 야간, 주말 및 공휴일 근무가 포함된 풀타임 연봉제(오버타임 급여 적용이 안된다는 뜻)
